The petitioner's claim to have applied for some loan from the State Bank of India. The loan, as claimed, has been sanctioned, however, it is not being disbursed. 3.
Learned counsel for the Bank on the other hand says that a complaint was received whereupon some inquiry is being conducted and on some irregularities being found the petitioners were confronted with the complaint and queries to which they have responded, a fact which is being disputed by Shri Sudhir Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. Let the opposite party no. 3- Regional Manager, State Bank of India, Raebareli Region, Sultanpur Road, Malesemau Raebareli look into the matter and do the needful expeditiously but only as per law. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioners. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. .
