Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the proceedings were instituted in the Delhi High Court and at that time inquiry reports dated 15. 02. 2019 and 28. 05. 2019 were submitted by the SDM after conducting due inquiry. He submits that status of the petitioner has not been verified since then and the deferment of the inquiry by the Trial Court is going to delay the proceedings. 4. Since the concerned SDM has already carried out the inquiry with regard to the financial status of the petitioner, it would be expedient to direct the SDM to expedite the proceedings and in case fresh inquiry is sought to be conducted, the same be conducted and concluded before 15. 12. 2020 (i. e. the date before the Trial Court) and report submitted to the Trial Court. 5. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the above terms. 6. The order shall be forwarded to the SDM, Rajouri Garden for necessary compliance. 7. The judgment be uploaded on the website forthwith. 8.

Copy of the judgment be also forwarded to the counsels through email. OCTOBER 19, 2020 SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J st Signature Not Verified CM(M) 516/2020 Page 2 of 2 Digitally Signed By:KUNAL Signing Date:19. 10. 2020 20:46:08 This file is digitally signed by PS to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.
