Station House Officer, Police Station Patewa, District : Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh -----Respondents For Petitioner : Mr. Punit Ruparel, Advocate For State : Smt. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 10. 06. 2020 1.
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to operate his dhabha/hotel. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submits that she has instructions from the local authorities that the petitioner has already opened his dhabha and is operating but the only instruction that have been passed onto the petitioner is to ensure -2-that he would not entertain customers inside the dhabha, he would only be permitted to sell his food articles by giving parcels and would also be required to follow the guidelines, which have been laid down by the Government from time to time, particularly during this Corona pandemic time. 3. Given the said submission by the State counsel this Court is of the opinion that no further instructions or directions as such is required any further.
The petitioner is at liberty to operate the dhabha, however, the operation would be strictly in-accordance-with directives and guidelines issued by the local authorities from time to time. 4. The present writ petition, accordingly stands disposed-off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rahul
