Hemchandra, learned senior counsel, appearing on behalf of writ petitioner, states that he does not oppose the limited relief prayed for in the present application. A simple reading of the application reflects that the applicants are appropriate parties in view of the circumstances that the adjudication of the accompanying writ petition will affect their interests. In view of the foregoing, the present application is allowed and the applicants are impleaded as respondent Nos. 4, 5 & 6 in W. P. (C) No. 279 of 2024.
