The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “directing the Opp. Party-Director, Higher Education to take decision on the petitioner’s grievance for release of the balance Grant-in-aid amount as determined by the Accounts Officer of Director, Higher Education dated 04. 03. 2020”. 4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, Petitioner has made an application to Opposite Party No. 2 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No. 2 to consider the application filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate // 2 // order in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order with due communication to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
