Case No. 46/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I. P. C. , pending in the Court of Smt. Swativijay Upadhayay, learned J. M. F. C. , Latehar. 3. Wife of the petitioner died due to asphyxia because of hanging.
It appears from first written report that son of the deceased who is said to be eye witness has stated that mother of Ankush and father of Pankaj namely Bablu had forcibly hanged her. 4. It was submitted that subsequently name of the petitioner has transpired only because he was husband of the deceased and the deceased died in her matrimonial home. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Swativijay Upadhayay, learned J. M. F. C. , Latehar or her successor in connection with Barwadih P. S. Case No. 46/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J. ) Rahul/-
