This contempt petition has been filed against the respondents for non compliance of the interim order dated 21. 02. 2014, whereby respondents were directed to release the ration supply to the petitioner unmindful of the communication. 2. Statement of facts have been filed contended therein that the respondents released ration to the depot of the petitioner for the month of March, 2014, however, due to non-adherence of requisite norms by the petitioner ration for the subsequent month could not be released in his favour as he failed to produce utilization certificate of the ration for the month of March, 2014.
It is further stated in the statement of facts that the respondents have received representations against the petitioner about his malpractices including black-marketing and evil deeds and accordingly FIR No. 30/2014 dated 21. 04. 2014 was registered against the petitioner under Section 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 RPC read with Section 3/7 Essential 2 CPOWP No. 67/2014 Commodities Act and thereafter vide order No. 7779/CAPD/Mahore dated 22. 04. 2014, license of ration dealership of the petitioner has been suspended. 3. In view of the statement of facts filed by the respondents, it appears that the respondents have not violated the order passed by this Court. Accordingly this contempt petition is closed. Proceedings, if any, initiated against the respondents are dropped.
