Learn-'d counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the impugned order should not have been passed since the plaintiffs have challenged lhe Sale Deeds of 2o08. Counsel also submits that the appellants/ctefendant Nos. 22 and 23 filed their counter in I. A. No. l7 ot 2025 in O. S. No. 19 of 2025 on 22. 08. 2025. 3. We do not wish to go into the merits of the disputes in the Suit which should only be adjudicated by the Trial court. In any event, the impugned order makes it clear that the ad. -inteim injunction on the appellants/defendant Nos. 22 and 23 from alienating the suit schedule propert5r was subsisting only till filing of the counter. 4. Hence, there is no interim order operating against the appellants/defendant Nos. 2 2 and 23. 5. cMA. No. 378 of 2o2s, along with all connected applications, is accordingly dismissed.
