In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No. 3 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of case No. 3045 of 2023, Computerized Case No. T- 202304230403045 (Smt. Asha Devi versus Jagat Prashad) under Section under Section 34 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 which is pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Milkipur, District Ayodhya. 4.
However a perusal of order-sheet indicates that disposal of aforesaid case is not being done due to continuous boycott calls of Bar Association concerned. 5. In view of aforesaid, no specific time frame can be directed for early disposal of aforesaid case when the petitioner himself is at fault. 6. However liberty is granted to petitioner to appear in person and argue her own case in case so desired. 7. In view of aforesaid direction, petition stands disposed of.
