This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court would be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition call for the records, and issue a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Opposite Parties, particularly to the Opposite Party No. 3 (Tahasildar, Kalahandi), to disposed of the Revenue Misc. Case No.
94 of 2023, pending before it for more than two years and six months by making necessary corrections to the wrongful recording of plot and area of Mouza-Paramanandpur in Bhulekh (Odisha Land Revenue Portal) within a stipulated time period; And pass any other appropriate order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray. ” 4. Considering the submissions and the prayer, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasaildar, Kalahandi to dispose of the Revenue Misc. Case No. 94 of 2023 pending before him as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
