P. ----- 02/8. 6. 2020 So far as defect No. 9(i) is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner has given an undertaking that he shall remove the same once the situation normalizes. As regards the rest defects are concerned, same are ignored. Heard the parties. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Town Daltonganj P. S. Case No. 124 of 2018, G. R. Case No. 882 of 2018, S. T. No. 306 of 2019. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in B. A. No. 9757 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that statements of Chandani Parween and Seema Parween were taken after nine months, in which a story has been developed indicting the petitioner. However, it appears from the order passed in B. A. No. 9757 of 2019 that the statements of Chandani Parween and Seema Parween had been considered, although an error had crept up in the said order with respect to their statements under section 161 of Cr. P. C. and not under section 164 of Cr. P. C. No fresh ground has been made out to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Hence his prayer for bail is accordingly rejected with a direction to the learned trial court to expedite the trial. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J) Rakesh/-
