This is an application seeking for impleadment of the new incumbent/contemnor/respondent in COP(C)/18/2024 as respondent No. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this contempt petition, respondent No. 3 in the contempt petition, COP(C)/18/2024 has retired from his service on superannuation and in his place a new incumbent, Shri K. S. Anden Konyak, has been posted as Commissioner, Nagaland, Kohima, whose impleadment is necessary for adjudication of this petition.
