Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the instant petitions, the departmental examination for the post of Patwari was conducted in the month of October, 2019, as against that, the petitioners appeared and cleared the remaining papers and were selected vide result dated 17. 02. 2020. 4. According to the petitioners, since all the petitioners have already been selected and appointed, no issue is further left for adjudication in these petitions, as their order of restraint to work as Patwari were under challenge.
