P1 proceeding on the route Koyilandy – Meppayur to the petitioner at the earlist with tentative set of timings suggested by the petitioner without any delay.
ii) Grant such other reliefs which this Honourable court just and fit in the circumstance of the case. ” 2. In absence of timings having been fixed, the petitioner is not in a position to operate his Stage Carriage vehicle on the route Koyilandy – Meppayur. In view thereof, the respondent is directed to finalise the timings for the petitioner's Stage Carriage operation on the said route, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month, after hearing all affected parties, in accordance with law.
