The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 367 of 2024 arising out of Kumardungi P. S. Case No. 12 of 2024 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 303 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B. N. S. , 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. On 18. 07. 2024, at about 09:30 A. M.
, the informant came to know that his son Sukhdeo Pingua was assaulted by the accused persons in the house of Jaysri Pingua @ Jayshree Pingua. Later on, son of the informant succumbed to his injuries. 4. While disposing the Bail Application of co-accused persons, this Court had occasion to go through the case diary. It appears that the deceased Sukhdeo Pingua was attempting to commit rape of accused Jaysri Pingua @ Jayshree Pingua, but he was overpowered and the accused persons assaulted him, due to which, he died. 5. It was submitted that co-accused Jaysri Pingua and Rameshwar Hembrom have been granted bail by this Court earlier and case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in connection with S. T.
