This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition challenging non-compliance of the principle of reservation with regard to selection and engagement of Junior Teacher (Schematic), 2023 pursuant to the selection process initiated in terms of the Resolution dated 22. 08. 2023 under Annexure-1. 4. It is not disputed in the Bar that the order passed by this Court on 12. 03. 2024 in a batch of Writ Petitions was challenged before the Writ Appellate Court in W. A. No. 580 of 2024 and the Writ Appellate // 2 // Court has issued directions vide order dated 18. 06. 2024. 5.
In view of such position, this Court is of the view that any further grievance with regard to the selection process, should be moved before the Writ Appellate Court by filing appropriate application. 6. In view of the same, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application in the disposed of Writ Appeal to raise the grievance as raised in the present Writ Petition. 7.
