The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 275/2024 arising out of Naudiha Bazar P. S. Case No. 03/2024, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I. P. C. , pending in the Court of Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned A. S. J. -II, Palamau. 3. On 03. 01. 2024 at about 6:30 P. M. , 16 years old daughter of the informant was enticed away by accused Pankaj Kumar. On 05. 01. 2024, dead body of the daughter of the informant was found. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F. I. R.
It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired on confession of co-accused. 5. Learned P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that from C. D. R. report of the petitioner and co-accused Pankaj Kumar, it transpires that prior to the occurrence petitioner was found talking to the accused Pankaj Kumar on his mobile phone. 6. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion there is no material on record against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned A. S. J. -II, Palamau in connection with S. T. Case No. 275/2024 arising out of Naudiha Bazar P. S. Case No. 03/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J. ) Rahul/-
