The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s st prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 31 July, 2019 passed in B. A. No. 6485 of 2019.

By way of present bail application, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for regular bail, primarily on the ground that co-accused Amar Singh against whom there is an allegation of stabbing the deceased (Vicky Nath), has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated st 21 August, 2020 passed in B.
