Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of several efforts no instructions are forthcoming from the petitioner and woutd further submit that he coutd not state whether the subject document has been registered or not in terms of interim order dated 04. 1 1. 2015, hence pray this Court to pass appropriate order. 5. Learned Assistant Government pteader for Stamps and Registration fairty submits that neither counter affidavit nor vacate petition has been fited titt date. 6.
ln view of the submission made by tearned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instructions whether that the subject document has; been registered or not, hence if the subject document has been registered, the petitioner shalt not further atienate the subject property without [eave of this court. 7. lt is made ctear that mere registration of the document does not confer titte on the subject property and it is also made clear that this order woutd not have any bearing on a[[ those matters where titte/rights of the parties are pending before the authorities either in revision/appeats for adjudication aM in any other case this order also does not prectude the parties in asserting their rights before a competent Court of law. 8.
