P. ) for the offence under Sections 304-B, 34 of IPC. First application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 13. 10. 2023 in M. Cr. C. No. 45930 of 2023.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this second bail application with a prayer to issue direction to the learned trial Court for speedy trial.
