RESPONDENTS This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the following: ORDER By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 30. 01. 2024 issued by the respondent. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been afforded any opportunity of hearing in the matter and straightaway notice of removal has been given to him. 03.
In the available facts of the case, it is directed that the petitioner should file his reply alongwith all requisite documents before the respondent within a period of ten days from today. Upon the same being done the respondent shall afford due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and shall Signature Not Verified Signed by: SHILPA Signing time: 02-02-2024 18:13:19 thereafter take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law. In case, the final decision is against the petitioner, he shall be afforded a breathing time of seven days for assailing the same in accordance with law. 04.
