Respondent/s BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 12. 03. 2026 [1] Heard Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the petitioner. [5] Recording the submissions of learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2, writ petition is closed in view of the purported cancellation of the whole proceedings of the bid including awarded dated 01. 03. 2026. Misc. application is also closed. [6] It is clarified that this Court does not express any opinion on the merit of the case.
