C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 69/2018 registered at Police Station Kuchman City for offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 409, 379 & 120-B IPC.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the material available on record, I am not inclined to quash the FIR. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file representation along with the documents before the concerned Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today. The Investigating Officer shall consider all the facts as well as contentions raised in the representation and complete the investigation by considering them strictly in accordance with law.
