Having regard to the averments made in the interlocutory application, we are of the opinion that the Superintendent of Police (Border), Biswanath is a necessary party in the writ petition. Office to correct the cause title by impleading the Superintendent of Police (Border), Biswanath as Respondent No. 7 in the writ petition.
The applicant/writ petitioner shall now appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Biswanath within ten days from today. Other conditions made in our earlier order dated 17. 02. 2020, passed in W. P. (C) No. 7542/2019, in connection with F. T. (T-4)/GPR, Case Page No. # 3/3 th No. 1962/2017 of the Foreigners Tribunal-4 , Tezpur at Gohpur shall remain as it is. In the certified copy of this order, office shall indicate the said Superintendent of Police (Border), Biswanath as Respondent No. 7. Interlocutory application stands accordingly disposed of.
