A. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 4 07-01-2025 No one appears on call on behalf of the petitioner though the State is present. 2. The present petition has been preferred against highly wrongful, callous and illegal conduct of the respondents local authorities of the Begusarai district administration who despite receiving complaint from the petitioner of conspiracy of grabbing of his land and despite knowledge from their own report, due to their inaction have allowed the land of the petitioner to be grabbed by land grabbers which took place in the presence of official of Lakho P. S. as Patna High Court CR. WJC No. 1070 of 2017(4) dt.
07-01-2025 2/2 evident from Annexure 1 & 17 but unfortunately due to inaction on the part of the local authorities, the land grabbers were allowed to be grabbed and put hut over the land of the petitioner in most criminal and unlawful manner and when the petitioner approached this Hon'ble Court in Cr. W. J. C. No. 1000/2015 then the respondents themselves admitted the allegation of land grabbing made by petitioner as evident from Annexure-23 but they have not restored the possession of the petitioner over the land, due to which the land grabbers are again hatching conspiracy to forcibly grab the highly valuable other lands of the petitioner and despite complaint no action is being taken to protect the petitioner and his land and the petitioner has been left at the mercy of the criminals and entire provisions of Article 21 and 300A is being defeated. 3. The record would show that earlier the petition was dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench for non-prosecution on 25. 02.
