General Vikas Lakhera, Director General of Assam Rifles, Laitkor, Shillong – Pin No. 793010 as the Respondent No.
4 and 5 in the above referred Contempt Petition (C) No. 45 of 2021 which is pending before this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice, equity and fair play. ” Mr. N.
