The petitioner’s grievance is that the patta No.
3707 has been th illegally issued in favour of the 5 respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and she seeks cancellation of Page No. 2 of 6 https://www. mhc. tn. gov. in/judis W. P. No. 48584 of 2025 the said patta. She has given representations dated 17. 10. 2023 and 19. 02. 2024 for the said purpose. Since the said representations have not been considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being th th passed against the 5 respondent, notice to the 5 respondent is dispensed with. 4.
