Deka, learned counsel for the opposite party/ JMB submits that the new Executive Officer is required to be impleaded as a party in this case. Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not advance any argument in support of continuance of the order dated 04-03-2020. On a perusal of the order dated 04-03-2020, I find that the interim order was made operational till the returnable date, i. e. 25-03-2020, but thereafter, there is nothing on record to indicate that the order dated 04-03-2020 was extended by this Court. If that be so, the prayer made in the I. A. has become infructuous since the interim order dated 04- 03-2020 automatically stood vacated by efflux of time. Situated thus, I dispose of this I.
