Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge In terms of the judgment alleged to have been violated by the respondents, following operative directions were issued:- “4. Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed and respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner into the service and permit him to continue till he attains the age of 60 years. ” 2.
Learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been re-engaged by the respondents in compliance to the above judgment. Taking note of the statement made by learned vice counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been now reinstated by the respondents in service, these contempt proceedings are closed.
