Uma Devi Nama, Iearned counsel for the petitioner, Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the instant petition writ questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised 1n the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W. P. No. 23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03. 09.

2025, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W. P. No. 23138 of 2025 dated 03. 09. 2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons atike in the order dated 03. 09. 2025 passed by the \ Division Bench of this Court in W. p. No. 23l38 of 2O2S, Petition rs disposed rtf directing the respondents to the en tire amount payable to the petitioner is released expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period weeks lrom today, lailing which, the entire amount to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate annum, from the datr: the amount lell due, till the actual its payment.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in Petition, shall stand closed.
