Sahoo, ASC CORAM: MR. JUSTICER. K. PATTANAIK ORDER 27. 11. 2025 Order No. 02. 1. Heard Mr. Samantray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sahoo, learned ASC for the State. th 2. This Court, by order dated 13 November, 2025, had directed the State to take instructions and to respond since it has been alleged by the petitioner that records have not been placed before him by opposite party No. 3 and duly processed. Today, Mr. Sahoo, learned ASC for the State produced a copy of the letter addressed to the petitioner by opposite party No. 3 with an intimation that the files are ready for verification by the petitioner.
It is also revealed from the said intimation by th letter dated 6 November, 2025 that two of the files with regard to Antyodaya Gruha Yojna inauguration and BGBO inauguration have been submitted to the petitioner for verification. 3. A copy of the said letter be kept in record. 4. In view of the above, there appears substantial compliance by opposite party No. 3, hence, no further direction is necessary. 5. Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties and as the files are readily made available for verification and two of them have been submitted to the petitioner for verification, the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly on account of compliances having taken place. 6.
