Thereafter, learned advocate Mr. Dave moved a note to the Registry dated 05. 02. 2024, specifically stating that henceforth he is not appearing in the matter and has already handed over all the case papers to the applicant.
After verifying the record, the Additional Registrar, Judicial has passed an order deleting the name of Mr. Dhruv Dave as the learned advocate appearing for the applicant and simultaneously also issued an Advocate Notice to the applicant which was eventually served to the applicant. Thereafter, the matter has been listed from time to time, however, for he reasons best known to the applicant, he has chosen not to remain present before this Court either in person or through an advocate and assist the Court.
