Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C. T. Case No. 338 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J. M. F. C. , Jaleswar, arising out of Jaleswar P. S. Case No. 296 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 133, 115, 117, 310(2), 103, 238 of B. N. S. , 2023. 3. The allegation against the present Petitioners is that they caused the death of one Padmalachan Sahu. 4. Taking into account the submission at the Bar that the said Padmalachan Sahu is alive, this Court directed that an affidavit to be filed by the I. O.
The said affidavit is on record, fortifying the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioners that the said Padmalachan Sahu is not the deceased. 5. Taking note of the same it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 6.
