Case No. 14/2024 arising out of Tebo P. S. Case No. 02/2022, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I. P. C. , pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, II, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. During the intervening night of 14/15. 02. 2022, husband of the informant namely Sukhram Hamsai was murdered by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F. I. R. , nor he was put on T. I. Parade.
It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the confession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Birsa Barjo and Soma Munda have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri, learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, II, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in connection with S.
