Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer in the present petition is for seeking transfer of the petition filed by the respondent under Section 125 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure against the petitoner but during the pendency of the present petition, the respondent has already withdrawn her petition which she had filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Judge, Family Court and therefore, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and wants to withdraw the same. 2.
The prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. However, since a document Annexure P-3 was attached with the present petition which is a medical prescription and because of this reason, the present petition was directed to be heard alongwith CRM-M- 30302-2024 and therefore only for the reference purposes, the case file of the present case shall remain tagged with the other case i. e.
