On 28. 02. 2020, this Court had directed the trial Court to decide the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of order dated 28. 02. 2020 passed in MCRC No. 955/2020. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has prayed for further time for deciding the case. 4. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, four months further time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. 5. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endevour for disposal of the case within time.
