On 12. 08. 2024, the petitioner along with the co-accused persons intercepted the husband of the informant near the Transformer at Ambedkar Nagar, they assaulted the husband of the informant and took away Rs. 10,000/- from him.
Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons and one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss.
