For the State : Mrs. Srabani Sannyal, APP. --------- 06/Dated: 08/01/2020 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P. S. Case No. 38/2015, corresponding to G. R. No. 2521/2015, registered under Sections 420, 471, 467, 468 of the I. P. C. lodged on the basis of one written report given by Shambhu Kumar. It appears that earlier petitioner had moved before this Court in A. B. A. No. 3937 of 2018 and under order dated 28. 11. 2018, the same was dismissed as not maintainable as process have been issued against the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner has filed Cr. M. P. No. 4289 of 2018 for quashing of process, which was allowed under order dated 07. 05. 2019. On 20. 09.
2019, case diary was called for. From perusal of case diary, para-190, it appears that petitioner Saddam Hussain appeared before the I. O. and produced the document, which reveals that petitioner has deposited Rs. 4,88,000/- in the account of Allahabad Bank, Dhanbad Branch. Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the st satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1 Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Ramgarh P. S. Case No. 38/2015, corresponding to G. R. No. 2521/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
and also on the condition that on the date of furnishing bail bonds, petitioner shall furnish his Aadhar number before the trial court. (Anant Bijay Singh, J. ) Sunil/
