No. 17 of 2019 seeking the prayers as follows:- “PRAYERS In the above facts and circumstances, it is pray that Your Lordship will be pleased to correct the typographical mistake/error that has occurred in Para No. 35 of the judgment and order dated 29. 01. 2020 passed in the above Cril. Petn. No. 17 of 2019, wherein the FIR No. has been incorrectly typed as 25(9)2018 PRT P. S. when the actual MC(Cril. Petn. ) No. 10 of 2020 Page 1 P a g e | 2 and correct FIR No. is 256(9)2018, PRT Police Station. AND Any orders and directions as favourable and appropriate to the Applicant be passed for the ends of justice.
” [2] When the matter is taken up today, Mr. N. Umakanta, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner/applicant has argued that in the last portion, Para No. 35 (b) of page No. 37 of the judgment dated 29. 01. 2020 passed in Cril. Petn. No. 17 of 2019, it is mentioned the FIR Number being FIR No. 25(9)2018 Porompat PS instead of 256(9)2018 Porompat PS. [3] Therefore, he prayed this Court to modify the order by mentioning the Para No. 35(b) as FIR Number being FIR No. 256(9)2018 Porompat PS instead of 25(9)2018 Porompat PS. [4] Mr. Y. Ashang, Ld. PP for the respondents also agreed the same and he made no objection for modifying the Para No. 35(b) of the order dated 29. 01. 2020 passed in Cril. Petn. No. 17 of 2019 by inserting the FIR No. 256(9)2018 MC(Cril. Petn. ) No. 10 of 2020 Page 2 P a g e | 3 Porompat PS instead of FIR No. 25(9)2018 Porompat PS in the order. [5] Accordingly, this MC(Cril. Petn. ) No. 10 of 2020 is allowed.
