2020, the affidavit in opposition of the respondent was perused, wherein a specific stand was taken that the petitioner did not have the required eligibility as provided in the advertisement. Although the said affidavit was filed in the year 2018, no reply thereof had been made by the petitioner. As such, the stand of the respondent that the petitioner did not have the requisite qualification remains uncontroverted. Accordingly, the matter was again ordered to be listed today in order to enable the petitioner to make his submissions on the said stand of the State respondents. Today, again none appears for the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, passed earlier stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
