Mr. Bhandari, learned Senior Counsel submitted that by way of order dated 29. 03. 2023 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1863/2023, the respondents were directed to convene review DPC for promotion to the post of Principal for the year 2022-2023. 2. He further invited Court’s attention towards the order dated 23. 01. 2025 which has been passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions led by Mahaveer Singh Sandu & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 942/2025 and prayed that the interim order be made absolute and the respondents be directed to complete requisite formalities for [2025:RJ-JD:8692] (6 of 6) [CW-1863/2023] promotion and undertake petitioners’ cases for convening review DPC as directed in para No. 15 (iii) of the order dated 23. 01. 2025.
3. The interim order dated 29. 03. 2023 is made absolute. 4. The respondents are directed to consider petitioners’ cases as well in terms of the order dated 23. 01. 2025 in accordance with law. 5.
