(C)No. 34563 of 2022, whereby the learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition by directing rd the 3 appellant herein to reconsider the writ petitioner’s application for trade licence and grant licence, if he is otherwise found eligible. 2. An affidavit dated 17. 07. 2024 has been filed by the respondent/writ petitioner. Along with the same, he has produced Ext. R1(a) decision of the Municipality dated 22. 05. 2024. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is satisfied with the said decision of the Municipality. In the light of Ext. R1(a) decision, the writ W. A.
