The petitioner, who is working as Forest Guard and has two years to retire from service, has come up before this Court seeking quashing of the order of transfer on the ground that Clause 5. 5 of the Transfer Policy provides him an opportunity to have the station of convenience. 2. Notice. Mr. Rajesh Verma, learned Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. 3.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents. Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 4. Given the factual matrix of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, within a week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders within two weeks. Subject to filing of representation within the time-frame mentioned above, the operation of the impugned order Annexure P-4, shall remain stayed, till the decision of the representation.
