The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier C. M. P. No. 98/2025 was filed for restoration of W. P. (S) No. 5075/2019 and time for removal of defects in the writ petition was extended, but due to inadvertence, the defects could not be removed during the extended period and ultimately the writ petition was never restored. He submits that the writ petition be restored to its original file. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party has no serious objection, so far as prayer for restoration is concerned. 5. Considering the fact that this is the second attempt to restore W. P. (S) No. 5075 of 2019 and the fact that rights of the petitioner are involved in this case, time for removal of defects in the writ petition is extended till 09. 01. 2026, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 500/- in Advocate Clerk’s Association which details are mentioned below: - Advocate Clerk Association Bank of India, Jharkhand High Court A/C No. : 495810100101411 IFSC Code: BKID00004958 6.
