Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioners for a direction to the opposite parties to declare Section 22 of the OLR Act not to be applicable in respect of the Gharabari land belongs to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe with consequential relief. 3. In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the judgment in Hemanta Naik and others Vrs. State of Odisha, 2024 (II) OLR 588. A copy of the Court’s order in W. P. (C) No. 27493 of 2024 is produced in Court today by Mr.
Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners and further submits that similar relief may be extended to the petitioners. 4. Recorded the submission of Mr. Ray, learned AGA for the State. 5. In view of the submission made by Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners with the plea that the case of the petitioners stands covered by the judgment in Hemanta Naik (supra), the writ petition stands disposed of with the matter to be considered by the appropriate authority according to law. 6.
