Sureshwar Thakur, J (oral) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 2, states at Bar, that she has been meted instructions, to, make a submission before this Court, that the affiliation granted to co-respondent No. 4 wherefrom the petitioner acquired the apposite educational qualification, though has been subsequently rescinded, but, the rescission of the affiliation granted to co-respondent No.
4 does not affect the validity of Annexure P-2, as within the apposite interregnum, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? …2… the validity of afore Annexure, rather stands protected. Consequently, if the petitioner occurs in the select list, the respondents concerned may subject to verification of the afore Annexure in all respects accept the afore certificate(s).
