C. , is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Riazul Hussain @ Papu, apprehending arrest in connection with Dibrugarh P. S. Case No. 1711/2020 (corresponding to G. R. Case No. Page No. # 2/2 3651/2020) registered u/s 341/326/307 of the IPC.
