S. , 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D of the I. T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 3. On 21. 08.
2025, Cyber Police Giridih, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled at a place near Dasdih Patrol Pump, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner. Three mobile phones were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to say that the petitioner has cheated to anyone. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Spl. P. P. appearing for the State after going through the case diary does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih, in connection with Giridih Cyber P. S. Case No. 32 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J. ) R. Kr.
