Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, XII, Bhojpur, Ara vide order dated 25. 02. 2020 passed in B. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Chandi P.
