2024, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: WP(C)No. 25926 of 2024 JUDGMENT st Dated this the 31 day of July, 2024 The petitioner’s grievance is regarding the st inaction on the part of the 1 respondent in concluding the proceedings under Section 133 of the Cr. P. C. initiated pursuant to Ext. P1 complaint dated 14. 09. 1997. 2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that, based on his complaint, reports were called for and Ext. P6 is the latest report submitted by the Tahsildar. 3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the complaint is of the year 1997 and it is to be ascertained whether any proceedings, based on that complaint, is still pending. 4. The fact remains that, a report was called for and the Tahsildar has filed Ext. P6 report. Being so, it WP(C)No. 25926 of 2024 st is only appropriate for the 1 respondent to conclude the proceedings.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, st directing the 1 respondent to conclude the proceedings, if any pending under Section 133 based on Ext.
